Catalyst Ranch

Catalyst Ranch is a bookable venue in Chicago's West Loop for organisers seeking a setting with more personality than a conventional meeting room. Its rooms feature colourful décor, vintage furnishings and varied layouts, giving companies and private hosts a choice of spaces suited to different occasions and group sizes.

The venue caters for business meetings, conferences, workshops and focus groups, as well as corporate gatherings, weddings, receptions, mitzvahs, fundraisers and other celebrations. Several rooms across two floors can be arranged to suit the event format. The whole venue can accommodate groups of up to 135 for meetings or 250 for a cocktail reception, with individual spaces available for smaller gatherings. Catalyst Studio also offers a more open, blank-canvas option for events that need a different look or layout.

Organisers can discuss room configuration and event logistics with the venue team, and arrange a tour before booking. Meeting support can include catering, snacks and drinks, virtual or hybrid meeting options, and suggestions for facilitators or activities. For celebrations, the team can help with layout choices and supplier coordination. Catering is available through selected local partners, giving hosts options for formats such as plated meals, buffets and receptions.

Catalyst Ranch is suited to planners who want a venue that can host both focused work sessions and social occasions in an informal, visually distinctive environment. Its combination of meeting facilities, celebration spaces and practical planning assistance makes it an adaptable option for corporate and private events in central Chicago.
