Ordre des Compagnons du Beaujolais

Rue des Compagnons, 69640 Lacenas, France

In the heart of Beaujolais, Domaine des Compagnons du Beaujolais makes its reception spaces available to organisers of private and business events. Set in a golden-stone building surrounded by vineyards, the venue hosts weddings, birthdays, christenings, seminars, meetings, annual general meetings and exhibitions. Its distinctive setting creates a warm atmosphere for both receptions and business gatherings.

The estate offers around 800 m² across two floors, which can be hired together or separately depending on the event. salle des Pressoirs, on the ground floor, and the vaulted cellar in the basement can each accommodate up to 450 people seated. The spaces are equipped with wifi, and the venue has tables, chairs, a cloakroom, a catering preparation room and a cold room. A parquet dance floor and two podiums make it possible to arrange the rooms for a dinner, an evening event or a speech.

Organisers are free to choose their own caterer, with no corkage fee. A selection of professionals and Beaujolais winegrowers can be provided to help them prepare their reception. The site's parking is another advantage, with space for 250 cars or 30 coaches. Located close to Villefranche-sur-Saône and around 35 kilometres from Lyon, the estate is suitable for events bringing together guests from across the region. Accommodation is available nearby for guests wishing to extend their stay.
