2700 Swiss Event Space

2700 Swiss Event Space is a flexible venue for organisers planning business gatherings, creative projects and social occasions in Dallas. Set in a historic building on Swiss Avenue, the space pairs exposed brick, generous windows and original architectural details with practical facilities for contemporary events. Its location in the art district is close to Deep Ellum and public transport, making it convenient for local and visiting guests.

The venue offers around 2,200 square feet across three areas: a main hall, a private breakout room and a sunroom. The main hall can be arranged in different formats, with capacity depending on the layout. The smaller room provides space for breakout sessions or private discussions, while the sunroom can be used for one-to-one meetings or guest check-in. Together, the rooms suit corporate meetings, training sessions, workshops, social celebrations, pop-up retail, product activations and photography or video shoots.

Organisers can make use of high-speed Wi-Fi, adjustable lighting and an integrated audio-visual system. The venue also has a camera, microphones and a large projection screen to support presentations and virtual or hybrid events. Additional AV equipment and event attendants may be arranged for an extra charge. The space is offered as a clean, flexible setting, allowing organisers to shape the layout around their plans. Outside catering is permitted, and the venue can recommend suppliers for services such as food, furniture and decor. Free street parking is available nearby, with public parking facilities within walking distance. Rental enquiries can be made for hourly, daily or multi-day bookings.
