Altes Postlager

Mombacher Str. 11-15, 55122 Mainz, Germany

Altes Postlager is a versatile event venue in a central location near Mainz Central Station. The historic hall combines the character of a former logistics building with urban design and is suitable for events of various sizes. Event planners can enquire about spaces for corporate celebrations, conferences, seminars, congresses, trade fairs, product presentations and private celebrations. Depending on the format, events for around 100 to 1,400 people are possible.
The rooms can be adapted to suit different schedules and event formats. Planning support includes help with room layouts and furniture planning, as well as 3D room planning. Lighting, media and sound technology, bespoke branding, and the involvement of DJs or live bands can also be part of the arrangements. The team supports preparations and looks after events on site. If requested, it can help coordinate with other parties involved and develop a suitable programme.
The venue also offers catering options with a variety of dishes, as well as a covered outdoor terrace. Street food, bars and food and drink options also shape the venue's usual character. Organisers can include arcade activities such as billiards and darts, as well as workshops and accompanying programmes. Staff and security services can also be arranged.
Thanks to its central location, the venue is easily accessible for guests from Mainz and the Rhine-Main region. Altes Postlager is therefore suitable both for business events requiring technical support and event staff, and for celebrations where a spacious hall and a distinctive atmosphere are important. Enquiries can be tailored to the desired format, guest numbers and schedule.
