Dreamboat at Virgin Hotels New Orleans

Dreamboat is a private event space on the 13th floor of Virgin Hotels New Orleans, beside The Pool Club. Its indoor, air-conditioned setting combines city views with greenery, lanterns and locally designed latticework, giving organisers a distinctive backdrop for gatherings in downtown New Orleans.

The space is suited to wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as business events, celebrations, watch parties and other private occasions. The hotel also promotes Dreamboat for bridal showers and baby showers, and the surrounding rooftop setting can add an outdoor element to an event. For couples, the hotel offers other wedding spaces and related arrangements, including guest room blocks and customised menus, so organisers can explore options across the property.

Event proposals are tailored to the space selected, guest numbers and food and beverage requirements. The hotel's catering team can prepare a proposal, and organisers can arrange an in-person visit or ask about virtual tours. Hotel event spaces accommodate gatherings of different sizes, with capacities across the property ranging from smaller groups to larger events. Valet parking is available for a fee, with additional street and car park options in the area.

Located at 550 Baronne Street, the venue is within walking distance of the French Quarter and other downtown attractions. Its position inside a full-service hotel makes it a practical choice for events involving guests travelling from out of town, who can arrange accommodation at the same property. Organisers can enquire directly with the hotel's sales team about availability, room options and a tailored event proposal.
