Dunlop Village Hall

Dunlop Village Hall offers flexible spaces for private celebrations, community gatherings, meetings and performances in the centre of Dunlop, East Ayrshire. Organisers can choose from several rooms to suit different event sizes and formats, from a small meeting or workshop to a larger reception, party or stage event.

The Main Hall can seat up to 120 people at tables or 200 in rows for a performance. It has a stage with curtains, stage lighting and a PA system, and an adjoining area that can be used as a bar for functions. The smaller hall provides another option for gatherings, with space for up to 60 seated at tables or 80 in rows. For more intimate occasions, the conservatory seats up to 40 and connects to a kitchen and servery. Two compact rooms are also available for meetings of up to 12 people each.

The venue welcomes enquiries about wedding receptions and other special events, as well as parties and local functions. Depending on the booking, organisers can enquire about kitchen use, glasses, AV equipment and stage lighting. The different spaces can also support exhibitions, talks and performances, with room layouts suited to seated dining, rows of chairs or smaller group activities.

Managed by a community company, the hall is used for a broad programme of local activities as well as private hires. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss availability, room suitability and arrangements for their event. Its range of rooms makes it a practical choice for event planners seeking a community venue in the Dunlop and Kilmarnock area.
