Espace Bobillot

115 Rue Bobillot, 75013 Paris, France

At the heart of Paris's 13th arrondissement, Espace Bobillot offers three rooms to businesses and organisers of meetings, training sessions and seminars. The spaces can be configured to suit the format of the event, the number of participants and the speakers' needs. The largest room, covering 100 m², accommodates up to 70 people in a conference layout or 55 in a classroom layout. Two more intimate rooms of 30 m² are suited to small-group meetings, with capacity for up to 20 people depending on the layout.

The rooms are soundproofed and air-conditioned. Their facilities include a projector, a touchscreen, a sound system and Wi-Fi, making presentations and discussions easier. Two of the rooms are on the first floor and served by a lift. The third is on the second floor and is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. A patio offers a chance to get some fresh air during breaks, in a setting described as calm and welcoming.

For social breaks, Espace Bobillot offers coffee breaks, breakfasts and gourmet breaks. For lunch on site, the team can put organisers in touch with partner caterers. It is also possible to arrange a meal at a nearby restaurant or make use of the croissanterie on the ground floor.

The venue is an activity of ESAT d'Aubervilliers, managed by AFASER. Hiring the space therefore helps support employment for people with disabilities. Located in a neighbourhood served by public transport, the venue welcomes organisers from Monday to Friday, by reservation and subject to availability.
