Olympic Valley Stables

Olympic Valley Stables is a private event venue set across four acres of meadow in Olympic Valley, California. With mountain views and a historic barn, the property offers a distinctive outdoor setting for weddings, elopements, vow renewals and other gatherings. Its former life as a working stable informs the character of the site, while the grounds are now arranged for celebrations and creative events.

Venue packages provide access to ceremony areas, a reception tent, a separate tent for drinks and lounge space, along with facilities such as bridal and groom lounges, a kitchen area and guest parking. Couples can choose a site-only option or packages that include tables, chairs, sound equipment and selected décor. Shorter bookings for elopements and vow renewals are also available, as are two-day packages for events such as a rehearsal dinner, ceremony and brunch. The property can host gatherings of different sizes, with packages listed for groups of up to 250 guests.

The venue also welcomes styled photo shoots, creative teams, video projects and small classes. Organisers can work with an in-house coordinator for vendor coordination and day-of logistics, and booked clients can consult the venue's preferred supplier list for services including catering, florals, entertainment and rentals. The team can help tailor site access and package choices to suit an event's plans. Olympic Valley Stables is suited to planners seeking an open-air venue with a rustic, adaptable setting and the scenery of the Lake Tahoe region.
