2000 Vine

Set in Kansas City's historic 18th & Vine Jazz District, 2000 Vine offers event spaces within a distinctive campus of restored former public works buildings. Its mix of indoor rooms and outdoor areas gives event planners options for gatherings of different sizes and styles, from receptions and community events to festivals and fundraisers.

The North Building has an open-plan layout with views across downtown. Its upstairs and downstairs spaces each have a stated capacity of 128 guests, and a separate downstairs Speakeasy Room is available as an additional space. Outdoors, the Lawn covers almost an acre and can accommodate up to 2,000 people, making it suited to larger events and activities. The campus also includes the North Patio, a more private outdoor area, and the Street Cafe, a setting for food and drink events, meetups and other gatherings. Capacities and hire rates for some spaces are available on enquiry.

With its historic stone buildings, outdoor areas and location in the heart of the Jazz District, 2000 Vine offers a characterful alternative to a conventional function room. Organisers can contact the team to discuss dates, space requirements and booking details. The venue's flexible range of settings can suit events that need an open indoor floorplan, room to gather outdoors, or a combination of both.
