halle02 is a cultural and event venue in Heidelberg that also hires out its spaces to external event planners and private hosts. The options range from a club for larger celebrations to the Backstage area for smaller groups. For private parties, halle02 lists a capacity of around 200 to 400 people in the club and up to 50 people in the Backstage area. An area of Kleine Freiheit can also be reserved.
Businesses can enquire about hiring the venue for a range of occasions, including talks, Christmas parties, summer parties and product presentations. School and student parties can accommodate around 300 to 2,000 guests. Organisers planning their own public event series or scene events can enquire about special hire rates.
The venue comprises several spaces with different uses, including halls, a foyer, a club and Backstage rooms. This makes it suitable for lively celebrations as well as concerts, cultural events and business gatherings. There is also a room for up to ten people for smaller meetings and workshops, equipped with a conference table, screen, video bar and whiteboard. A get-together or private dinner in the Backstage area can round off the day. For other corporate events, halle02 refers to the neighbouring Güterbahnhof, which also provides information about rooms, technical equipment and catering options. Event planners can therefore enquire about suitable spaces at the venue according to the occasion and group size.
