P&J Live

P&J Live is a large, multi-purpose venue in Aberdeen for organisers planning conferences, exhibitions, meetings, banquets and live entertainment. Its event facilities include a conference centre, dedicated exhibition halls and a 9,000-square-metre arena, with spaces that can be adapted for different formats and audience sizes.

Conference organisers can choose from purpose-built suites, smaller meeting rooms, breakout areas and registration spaces. The venue also provides audiovisual technology, and hybrid conferencing is available for events with remote delegates. For exhibitions, its flexible halls offer substantial floor space, loading access and back-of-house offices for organisers. The arena is equipped for major live productions, rehearsals and events that need extensive technical and backstage facilities.

For dinners, awards ceremonies, fundraising balls and other seated occasions, P&J Live offers banquet spaces, in-house catering and optional audiovisual and lighting arrangements. Its rooms can accommodate both more intimate gatherings and large-scale banquets, with layouts and menus tailored to the occasion.

The venue is part of a complex that includes two on-site hotels, offering convenient accommodation for delegates and event teams. Located near Aberdeen International Airport, P&J Live is accessible from the city and surrounding region. Its sales team can discuss event requirements and help organisers identify suitable spaces and arrangements, whether they are planning a business meeting, a trade expo, a formal dinner or a large public production.
