Engels Event Company

Engels Event Company offers a downtown Aberdeen space for organisers planning weddings, business meetings, private parties and a range of social gatherings. The venue is available for celebrations such as showers and reunions, as well as corporate events, luncheons and other get-togethers. Its central location and flexible booking periods make it an option for both shorter functions and events that need the space for most of the day.

For general events, organisers can enquire about half-day or full-day hire on weekdays and weekends. The listed hire includes nine round tables and 72 chairs, with the floors and bathrooms prepared before the event. This gives planners a practical starting point for arranging a seated gathering, meeting or celebration. Additional tables and chairs can be set up by request, and linen is available as an optional extra.

Organisers can also ask about bartending, use of the stage and stage set-up, as well as an extra hour where availability allows. These options let planners tailor the venue hire to the format of their event, whether they are arranging a business meeting, a family occasion or a wedding celebration. Booking enquiries are made directly with the venue, and prospective hirers can check availability before choosing a date. Engels Event Company provides the event space and selected hire extras, while organisers can discuss the requirements of their occasion with the team when making an enquiry.
