Dorfgemeinschaftshalle Berlinghausen in Drolshagen rents out spaces for private celebrations, corporate events and meetings of associations or clubs. The main hall covers around 154 square metres and can accommodate up to 150 people seated at tables. A separate room of around 30 square metres is available for smaller gatherings or as an addition to a larger celebration. It can seat up to 30 guests at tables. For larger events, the room can be used to prepare and lay out a buffet or as a changing room.
The facilities include a bar with beer taps, a cold room for drinks and a kitchen with household equipment. Crockery for up to 80 people is available for use if required, and an industrial dishwasher makes washing up easier. The buffet room, hallway and bar can be used together for a reception or a standing celebration. The rooms can be decorated to suit the occasion. Individual rental terms may also be available for conferences, training sessions, dance events and gymnastics events.
The hall is accessible to wheelchair users. There are 15 parking spaces directly outside, keeping the walk from the car to the entrance short. You can rent the whole hall or individual areas, including the buffet room and hallway. Different rates apply for a day's hire, depending on the room, and a cleaning fee is charged in addition. A shorter hire period can be arranged individually on request. When planning, organisers should bear in mind that the hall is located in the village: events that cause above-average noise are not accepted. There are also requirements for serving beer, including the type of beer and purchasing it through a local drinks supplier.
