Malkita Homes

Malkita Homes offers two luxury homes, Malkita Aria and Malkita Terra, as event spaces in New York's Hudson Valley. Set in Highland Mills, the properties provide a private setting for weddings, corporate gatherings, team retreats and family celebrations. The homes can host events for up to 100 guests, with overnight accommodation for more than 30, making the estate suitable for occasions that bring guests together for both a celebration and a stay.

For weddings, organisers can enquire about exclusive use of both homes, ceremony and reception areas, and an outdoor clear-top tent with lighting. The published package information also lists tables, chairs and linens, an on-site catering preparation area, guest parking and post-event clean-up. Mountain and garden settings offer options for ceremonies and photographs, while the homes provide indoor gathering spaces and guest suites.

The properties are also presented as a setting for leadership retreats, planning sessions, workshops and team gatherings, balancing dedicated time together with comfortable spaces to relax. For private occasions, the venue welcomes enquiries about milestone birthdays, intimate dinners, graduations and family reunions. Malkita Homes also considers film and photography productions, with indoor and outdoor locations, parking, production support areas and overnight accommodation available by arrangement.

Event planners can contact Malkita Homes to discuss the occasion, guest numbers and suitable spaces. The offering centres on venue hire and accommodation, with arrangements tailored to the event and property selected.
