L'Espace Daniel Balavoine is a municipal hall in Tiercé, in Maine-et-Loire, which the municipality offers for hire. This versatile venue can host various types of gatherings, from meetings and community get-togethers to meals and private or professional celebrations. It may also suit organisers looking for a space for a cultural event or an important local occasion.
The hall can be adapted to groups' needs with several hire options. The spaces listed by the municipality include a main hall, a bar, a separate room and a kitchen, making it possible to consider different layouts depending on the format of the event. Organisers can therefore plan how to welcome participants, how the gathering will run and how much space will be needed for a meal or an activity. Terms and prices vary according to the option chosen and the applicant's profile, particularly for community groups, businesses and private individuals.
L'Espace Balavoine is also one of Tiercé's cultural venues and hosts activities and gatherings that are part of local life. Its dual purpose makes it an address to consider both for a private occasion and for a community or professional project. To prepare a booking, it is advisable to contact the town hall to check availability, possible layouts, included equipment and the terms that apply on the requested date.
