Grace Gardens Event Center

Grace Gardens Event Center is a venue in El Paso's upper valley, offering a choice of indoor ballrooms and outdoor ceremony locations for weddings, private celebrations and business events. Its four reception spaces include the Grand Ballroom, Gardner Ballroom, Terrace Ballroom and White Peak Tent. Four ceremony settings, including lawns and pavilions, give couples different options for their service and photographs. The largest ballroom can host up to 500 guests, while the other spaces suit gatherings of different sizes.

The venue welcomes weddings and receptions as well as quinceañeras, Sweet 16 parties, proms, graduations, showers, reunions, anniversaries and holiday celebrations. Organisers can also enquire about meetings, conferences, team gatherings, fundraisers and other corporate or community functions. Ample on-site parking is available.

Event coordinators help clients plan and arrange the occasion, with customisable packages available. Supporting services offered at the venue include catering, cakes and desserts, floral arrangements, décor, furniture, linens, lighting, DJ services and bar service. This means organisers can discuss a range of event requirements with the venue team while choosing a space and planning the day. Grace Gardens invites prospective clients to arrange a tour and request an estimate, with enquiries accepted by phone or through its website. Spanish-speaking assistance is also available.
