Bürgerhaus Möglingen is a versatile event venue for private celebrations, cultural events and gatherings organised by clubs and organisations. Event planners can choose from a large hall, a small hall, multi-purpose rooms and a foyer. The two halls can be joined together, allowing the layout to be adapted to different event formats. The large hall can be used with or without a stage.
Depending on the seating arrangement, the venue can accommodate up to 400 people with tables and space for dancing, or up to 500 people seated in rows. This makes it suitable for social occasions as well as larger talks, meetings and performances. Possible uses include concerts, theatre, dance, cabaret, comedy and children's theatre, as well as club events and private celebrations.
A large, well-equipped kitchen can be hired for catering. The local council also offers a cafeteria with a tea kitchen, along with additional rooms for other uses. The halls' standard equipment includes a screen, a projector and a lectern. Additional technology and equipment, such as sound systems and microphones, can be booked separately in accordance with the schedule of fees. Use of the venue is arranged with the local council, which also handles bookings and organisational matters. Event planners in Möglingen can therefore find flexible spaces for events of different sizes and a wide range of occasions.
