Alcove Event Studio

Alcove Event Studio is a flexible, privately bookable venue in Severna Park, Maryland, for organisers planning intimate celebrations and small business events. The space can be hired by the hour, giving hosts the choice to bring their own decorations and suppliers or select a more fully styled package. Events suited to the studio include baby showers, birthday parties, wedding receptions, micro-weddings, workshops, networking gatherings and other private or professional occasions.

The basic venue rental includes banquet tables, a choice of chairs, a mobile bar and access to a Bluetooth surround sound system. Organisers can build their own look for the room, or opt for packages that add elements such as table linens, runners, charger plates, backdrops, balloon garlands, centrepieces, uplighting and decorative signs. A custom option is available for hosts who want support shaping the room around a particular theme or occasion. The venue also allows clients to bring their own vendors, with trusted local partners as another option.

Rental periods and rates vary by day, with hourly bookings during the week and set-duration options on Saturdays. This makes the studio suitable for both shorter gatherings and events needing more time for set-up and celebration. Its event-specific services focus on providing a private room and optional styling, rather than a full-service catering offer. Organisers can enquire about availability, request a proposal and arrange a venue tour by appointment. The Severna Park location offers a local option for events in the wider Annapolis and Anne Arundel County area.
