Sturmfreie Bude Alster is an event venue available for exclusive hire on the 13th floor of Alstertower in Hamburg. Its 240 m² of indoor space and 60 m² roof terrace can accommodate events for up to 80 people. Views across the Alster and the city, an open loft layout and plenty of natural light shape the atmosphere. The terrace offers extra space for conversations outdoors and summer events with a barbecue.

The rooms can be set up for a range of formats. Event planners can host meetings, workshops, seminars and networking events here, as well as product presentations, company celebrations, summer parties, Christmas parties, weddings and private celebrations. Equipment for work-focused events includes flipcharts, whiteboards, presentation materials and Wi-Fi. The technical facilities include screens, a projector and screen, microphones, a sound system and a system for live streaming. Furniture can be adapted or rearranged by prior arrangement.

The venue works with Hamburg-based provider Hobenköök for catering. Depending on the occasion, options include breakfast, coffee breaks, finger food, buffets and seasonal menus. In summer, a barbecue on the roof terrace can be part of the event concept. A fully equipped kitchen supports the various catering formats.

The venue can be hired for half a day or a full day. Seating, existing technical equipment and presentation materials are included in the venue packages. The team supports you with planning and, if requested, works with event planners to tailor the room layout, schedule and catering to their requirements.
