Brockman's Store

Brockman's Store offers a distinctive setting in downtown Vian, Oklahoma, for private celebrations and gatherings. The historic building, dating back to at least 1904, combines an event saloon and courtyard with adjoining accommodation, giving groups a place to celebrate and stay together.

The venue is suited to weddings and vow renewals, family and class reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, holiday get-togethers and memorial gatherings. Organisers can book exclusive use of the saloon and courtyard alongside three guest suites. The saloon has a bar, pool table, piano and lounge areas across two levels, creating room to socialise before, during and after a celebration.

For a seated event, the saloon can accommodate up to 60 guests. Cocktail-style or mixed seating arrangements can suit gatherings of up to 100, depending on the layout. The adjoining suites provide permanent beds for up to 12 adults, with additional sleeping options available. A nearby apartment can also be added for more overnight capacity.

The venue offers a two-night private gathering package, with exclusive use of the event space and suites, two overnight stays and one main celebration. Setup and breakdown are managed by the guest group. Organisers can enquire with their preferred dates, event type and estimated numbers to receive a tailored quotation. With its restored stonework, private courtyard and overnight rooms, Brockman's Store brings the celebration and accommodation together in one historic location.
