E.O. Manees House

E.O. Manees House is a historic event venue in the Argenta district of North Little Rock, Arkansas. Its period character, gardens and choice of indoor and outdoor areas give event planners a distinctive setting for weddings, receptions, corporate functions and private celebrations. The property is available for gatherings ranging from intimate occasions to larger events, with the home and its grounds offering several settings for guests to meet, dine and celebrate.

For weddings, organisers can plan a ceremony and reception on the property, making use of outdoor ceremony spots, the courtyard, covered porches and reception hall. A bridal suite and separate quarters for the groom provide private spaces for preparations. Tables and chairs are included, along with set-up and breakdown, a rehearsal opportunity and a catering preparation kitchen. Couples may work with their own vendors, subject to approval, and can arrange a tour before booking.

The venue also welcomes company meetings, retreats, client events and staff gatherings. Its team can assist with event logistics and presentation, and concierge support and catering options are available for corporate occasions. Private celebrations such as engagement parties, birthdays and seasonal gatherings are also suited to the house's flexible rooms and outdoor areas.

With its historic architecture and practical event facilities, E.O. Manees House gives planners a characterful venue in a central North Little Rock neighbourhood. Organisers can contact the team to discuss availability, arrange a visit and request pricing for their event.
