Beyond Stable Farm, LLC

Beyond Stable Farm is an event venue in Woodstock, Illinois, offering organisers a large, adaptable site for equestrian competitions and a range of other gatherings. Horse shows are a central part of its offering, and the facilities are arranged to support events of different sizes, from smaller competitions to larger show programmes.

The site includes an indoor arena, a warm-up arena and an outdoor arena that has been covered. There is also extensive on-site stabling, with 227 stalls, giving organisers the practical infrastructure needed for horse events. Dedicated staff are available to help with arena upkeep during an event, and the venue has 14 RV hook-ups for visitors who need to stay on site. Parking and loading access are available for event participants and equipment.

Beyond Stable Farm also welcomes non-equestrian bookings. Its facilities can be used for weddings, graduation parties, birthdays, large private celebrations and swap meets. Organisers can discuss how the available spaces suit their event, including arrangements for food and drink service. The venue's broad, open areas make it a practical option for gatherings that need room for guests, activities, vehicles or event equipment.

Located on Illinois Route 176, the farm provides a dedicated event setting outside the centre of Woodstock. Event planners can contact the team to ask about availability, facilities and the requirements of a particular occasion. Whether planning a horse show with stabling and arena access or a large celebration that needs a spacious setting, organisers can explore a booking tailored to their event.
