El Campanario Ballroom

El Campanario Ballroom is an event venue in El Paso, Texas, with two distinct spaces for weddings, family celebrations and business gatherings. Set within a gated, landscaped property, it combines a hacienda-style ballroom with a garden tent pavilion, giving event planners a choice of indoor and covered outdoor settings. The grounds can also host a ceremony, with guests able to move from the ceremony area to the reception.

The ballroom features a large wooden dance floor, a stage, sound and lighting equipment, and video projection. The pavilion offers a more contemporary setting, with climate control for changing weather, chandeliers, square tables and Tiffany chairs. The venue states that it can accommodate up to 500 people, while its packages are designed around events for 400 guests. Private parking and landscaped outdoor areas are also available.

The venue welcomes weddings, quinceañeras and Sweet 16 celebrations, graduations, anniversaries, birthdays, showers, baptisms and first communions. It also promotes corporate meetings and conferences for organisers seeking a setting outside a conventional hotel meeting room.

Event packages are offered for six-hour bookings and include options such as linens, centrepieces, a DJ or master of ceremonies, video projection and beverage service. Some packages also include dinners, waiters, a bartender, cake, ceremony set-up and other reception details. Organisers can ask about weekday or daytime rates, current promotions and arrangements for catering, including the option to bring their own food under some packages.
