Wyvern Academy

Wyvern Academy makes selected facilities at its Weymouth school available for community hire. Event organisers can enquire about using the hall for activities and events, with bookings subject to availability. The site also has a hydrotherapy pool, which may be available for private hire and parties on an occasional basis when suitable staff can be arranged.

The pool is also used for community hydrotherapy sessions and guided Hydro-Cise classes, so private use is not guaranteed. The academy advises prospective hirers to contact the school to check current availability and discuss their request before planning an event. The pool is hired regularly by independent swim schools, which manage their own programmes and enquiries.

This is a school facility offered for community use, rather than a dedicated commercial event centre. The academy's lettings information does not specify room capacity, catering, furniture, audiovisual equipment or event packages, so organisers should confirm any practical requirements directly. The hall may suit local groups seeking an indoor space for an activity or community gathering, while pool hire may be an option for suitable private bookings. Availability, staffing and the permitted use of each space should be agreed with the academy in advance.

Wyvern Academy is on Dorchester Road in Weymouth, Dorset. Organisers can contact the school to ask about the hall, pool, access arrangements and booking conditions. As facilities are part of an operating school, hirers should confirm the dates and arrangements available for their intended use before making plans.
