La Grange d'Éventard is a multi-purpose municipal venue in Écouflant, in Maine-et-Loire. The town offers it for hire, subject to conditions, to associations, individuals and businesses looking for a venue for their event. With 260 m² of space, it can accommodate up to 160 people seated or 250 standing, making it possible to create layouts suited to different event formats.

The venue is particularly suitable for receptions, weddings, concerts, exhibitions and general meetings. A stage measuring 7 metres wide and 4.35 metres deep can be used for speeches or entertainment. A retractable screen is also available for presentations. However, the venue does not have an integrated sound system, so this should be taken into account when planning the event's technical requirements.

For meals, the facilities include a kitchen with a cold room, freezer, heated cabinet and oven. Tables and chairs are provided, including 160 chairs and tables in several formats to help organise the space. The site also has toilets accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Outside, organisers have access to a car park with 75 spaces. The venue is close to a park, a sports complex and the Angers-Écouflant racecourse. Hire enquiries and availability can be checked with the town hall, which offers an online calendar and pre-booking form. Municipal terms and rates apply according to the type of use and the booking.
