Bitburger Stadthalle - Regiebetrieb der Stadt Bitb

Römermauer 4, 54634 Bitburg, Germany

Bitburger Stadthalle is a versatile event venue in the centre of Bitburg. Event planners will find suitable spaces here for corporate celebrations, meetings, conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions. Private events such as weddings, birthdays and family celebrations can also be held at the venue. The large hall covers 660 square metres and can be used flexibly to suit the occasion and desired seating arrangement. Three additional rooms are available for smaller meetings, and can also be booked individually. Two foyers provide space for receptions, conversations and catering.

Support with event planning and delivery is part of the offering. The team advises on room layouts, seating and technical options, and supports events from preparation through to delivery. The available sound, lighting and media equipment, an adjustable stage, as well as tables, chairs and cloakrooms, make planning easier. For meetings, equipment including a projector, screen and Wi-Fi is available. The venue's catering team provides refreshments, from drinks and snacks to meals and multi-course menus. Depending on requirements, additional services such as set-up and dismantling, cloakroom service and technical support can be arranged for events.

For trade fairs, there are ground-level loading and unloading areas, as well as power, water and Wi-Fi connections for exhibitors. The rooms are accessible without steps. With its different hall sizes, additional rooms and service options, the venue is suitable for events in a range of formats and for different numbers of guests. Event planners can enquire about rooms individually or in combination, and discuss the details with the team.
