Lumberyard Events Co. is a family-owned venue in downtown Sinton, Texas, offering a characterful setting for weddings, receptions and other gatherings. The building began as a lumber business in 1926 and has since been adapted into an event space, retaining its historic feel alongside practical facilities for hosting guests.

The venue comprises three distinct rooms. Madera Hall is the main space, with high ceilings, exposed rafters, built-in tables, a serving area and architectural lighting. The Mercantile, near the entrance, can be booked for smaller gatherings or used as a bridal suite. At the rear, the Green Room has large bay doors connecting it with the main hall and street, making it useful as an additional event area, a bar space or a getting-ready room. Organisers can hire individual rooms on selected days or enquire about renting the entire building.

Facilities include a stage, a commercial kitchen and preparation area, a serving line, tables and seating, plus on-site parking. The venue welcomes clients' own vendors and can also suggest suppliers. For weddings, the rental includes a ceremony rehearsal and use of the space for engagement or bridal photographs. An in-house bar is available by arrangement, with bar packages offered separately. The venue is primarily indoors, with some outdoor areas adjoining the building.
