RIO Staufen Festsaal is a large event venue in Reichenbach an der Fils. With around 1,000 square metres of space, event planners can host celebrations and business events for up to 700 guests. The hall combines the atmosphere of a traditional function room with modern facilities, making it a versatile setting for larger gatherings.

Facilities include air conditioning, professional LED lighting and a powerful sound system. A bar area complements the hall, and the seating can be adapted to suit different event formats. The room can therefore be set up for a formal dinner, a corporate event or a celebration with a larger number of guests. More than 200 parking spaces are available for visitors. The venue is also described as accessible and has a security service on site around the clock.

When making an enquiry, organisers can request catering, as well as decoration and design, as additional services. This makes the venue a good option for organisers looking for a spacious hall with essential technical facilities and additional services. An enquiry form lets you provide the occasion, preferred date and number of guests, so the planning can be tailored to the event.

The hall is part of the offering from Rio Cosmos, which operates several event venues in the region. For event planners who need a large hall in Reichenbach an der Fils, the venue combines generous space, flexible use and practical infrastructure. Its capacity and facilities make it particularly suitable for corporate events and larger private celebrations.
