Shadetreez Event Space

Shadetreez Event Space offers a flexible, open-plan venue in Pittsburgh's Greenfield neighbourhood for organisers planning private celebrations, weddings, corporate gatherings and community events. Its approximately 4,000-square-foot space gives hosts room to shape the layout and style around their plans, whether they are arranging a milestone birthday, a reception, a networking event or a memorial gathering.

Organisers can choose their own caterers, bartenders and other suppliers, and may bring their own alcohol. This makes the venue a practical option for those who want more control over the event arrangements and suppliers. The space is offered in packages, with a six-hour rental option that includes setup and cleanup, round tables, banquet chairs, access to a bar station, a photo room, a separate staging area and Wi-Fi. A longer package extends the booking to ten hours and adds items such as table linen, a backdrop stand, a mounted smart TV with digital signage or special uplighting.

The venue also has stainless steel chafers and offers support for custom requirements. Its location is close to Pittsburgh's Parkway, providing convenient access for local guests. Special-event discounts are available for repasts, memorials and community gatherings. Organisers can arrange a tour to see the space before choosing a package and planning their event. With an adaptable room and the freedom to bring in their preferred event team, Shadetreez provides a venue setting that can suit a range of occasions and hosting styles.
