EVENTARIAT Marcus und Claudia Galle GbR runs the Schloßcafé at Schloss Sonnenstein in Pirna, offering event organisers a historic setting for private celebrations and business occasions. The venue is ideal for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, school celebrations, Christmas parties, conferences, presentations and incentive events. Corporate events can accommodate up to 200 people. The Schloßcafé also has room for wedding parties of up to 90 guests. In fine weather, the terrace with views across Pirna can be included in the event.

The service includes support with planning and organising the event. The team advises on suitable schedules and catering, and can coordinate additional services on request. These include, for example, celebratory buffets, finger food, drinks and service staff, as well as musical entertainment. Tents, poseur tables and seating are available for celebrations. Businesses can use the Schloßcafé and adjoining terrace for a summer party, or combine their event with the neighbouring Kreistagssaal.

The venue also offers a range of options for weddings. As well as celebrating in the castle, couples can make use of the adjoining Biergarten Schloßschänke. On request, private tours of the Bastionen or the Terrassengärten can be included in the programme. The castle's impressive setting and views across the old town provide a special backdrop for celebrations. Event organisers can bring together rooms, catering and additional services at one venue for a range of occasions.
