La Maison de Voisinage is a municipal reception venue in the heart of Coignières, in the Yvelines department. The town council offers it for hire for private or professional events. It is particularly suited to celebrations, meals, meetings and receptions organised by individuals or professionals based in Coignières. Bookings are only available to these local groups, so this is something to bear in mind when planning an event.
The main hall can accommodate up to 140 people for a standing drinks reception, 120 people seated for a meeting or 90 guests for a meal. A bar and cloakroom at the entrance make it easier to welcome guests. The furniture provided includes tables in various sizes and chairs, making it easier to arrange the space to suit the desired layout. A catering kitchen equipped for reheating dishes is also available, along with toilets, ventilation and step-free access for people with reduced mobility.
The hire includes the venue and the equipment specified by the municipality. Catering, food and drink, technical production, the stage and the wireless microphone are not included in the services listed. Organisers can submit a booking request, specifying the date, times, type of event and number of attendees. La Maison de Voisinage is therefore a convenient local option for medium-sized events, with practical facilities on site and a clearly defined capacity.
