The Table Room

The Table Room is a private-hire venue within the CAJUNDOME in Lafayette, Louisiana. Positioned beside the west side of the arena's main lobby, it offers event organisers a distinctive setting for meetings, social gatherings and other private functions. Its sports-bar character gives the room a relaxed feel suited to occasions where guests can meet, talk and enjoy drinks together.

The venue is also used by ticket holders on major CAJUNDOME event days, when its bar serves guests attending events at the arena. For private bookings, however, organisers can enquire about hiring the room on days without a major CAJUNDOME event. The venue provides full bar service, including beer, speciality cocktails and premium wine selections, making it a convenient option for receptions and informal celebrations.

The room is part of a larger event complex, so organisers can consider it as a more intimate alternative to the arena and convention facilities. Hire rates depend on the length of the event, and staffing costs are additional to the room rental fee. This is worth factoring into the event budget when comparing venue options.

The CAJUNDOME sales team handles rental enquiries and can discuss availability and event requirements. The Table Room is a practical choice for planners seeking a centrally located Lafayette venue with an in-house bar and a casual atmosphere for a private gathering, meeting or social event.
