Flughafen Hamburg GmbH

Flughafenstraße 1-3/3, 22335 Hamburg, Germany

Hamburg Airport hires out event spaces in a location that is particularly easy to reach for guests from Hamburg and further afield. Depending on the room and seating layout, the spaces are suitable for meetings, conferences, private celebrations, receptions and larger events. Views of the terminals, apron and runways give the venue its distinctive atmosphere.

A lounge with a conference table, seating areas and presentation equipment is available for smaller meetings. For larger groups, the Airport Conference Center offers rooms with flexible seating layouts and space for up to 170 people. Organisers can combine meetings and conferences there with catering, and enquire about suitable packages or individual services.

Another event space is the Flughafen-Modellschau. Its presentation room has space for talks and celebrations, and there is also a foyer and an observation terrace. Media equipment and a range of lighting options support presentations and evening events. On request, the programme can include a presentation at the model exhibition or a tour of the apron.

Weddings and private celebrations are also part of the airport's offering. Organisers can enquire about suitable rooms and additional services for these occasions. The team can help coordinate the schedule and event requirements. Its location right at the airport makes it convenient to reach by public transport and car, which also makes the rooms appealing for events with guests travelling from further afield. Event planners can therefore find different room formats at Hamburg Airport for business and private occasions, from a small meeting to a formal reception.
