Bosque Vier & Ontmoet

Harderwijkerweg 28, 6961 GE Eerbeek, Netherlands

Bosque Vier & Ontmoet is an event venue in Eerbeek, on the edge of the de Imbosch nature reserve. Organisers can host a wide range of events here, from a wedding or anniversary to a staff party, meeting or conference. The green surroundings, orchard and terraces give events a relaxed feel, while the different indoor spaces offer options for a range of group sizes and programmes.

For weddings, there are options for both an outdoor ceremony and a celebration in one of the rooms. A dinner and festive evening can also take place at the same venue. The spaces can be arranged flexibly to suit the desired atmosphere. When the weather is suitable, the orchard can be used for outdoor gatherings, with a stretch tent available as shelter.

Business organisers can use Bosque for meetings, strategy days, company parties and conferences. The rooms are suitable for events with presentations and work sessions. Audiovisual equipment is available for conferences, among other things. A meeting can be combined with lunch, a barbecue, dinner, drinks or a team activity. Bosque can help plan and deliver the programme, so the space, food and drinks work well together.

The venue has several rooms, two terraces and an orchard, and welcomes both smaller parties and larger groups. There is free parking, and the grounds have charging points. With its combination of indoor and outdoor spaces, hospitality and catering options, Bosque is suitable for organisers who want to welcome their guests at one venue for both a formal event and a celebration.
