Salle Charles Adam

Rue Raymond Spas, 62880 Vendin-le-Vieil, France

The salle Charles Adam is a municipal venue available to hire for a small reception or meal in Vendin-le-Vieil. Located on rue Raymond Spas, it can accommodate up to 60 people for a meal. It is suitable for local residents looking for a venue for a family celebration, birthday or another small private gathering.
The hire includes the equipment specified by the town hall, including tables, chairs and crockery. Heating is also included during the winter. These facilities make it possible to prepare for the reception in a functional setting, without having to arrange separately for the main items needed to seat guests.
Hire is restricted to residents of Vendin-le-Vieil. Anyone interested should submit a request to the town hall, which will then confirm whether the venue is available for the date requested. The town publishes the hire conditions, prices and availability for each year, and also provides descriptions of the municipal venues and virtual tours to help people choose a space.
To prepare a request, organisers can contact the municipal department responsible for venue hire. It is advisable to check the current booking information before planning the event, as the rules, prices and available dates may vary from year to year.
