Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Hall

Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Hall offers a choice of historic spaces for event planners organising weddings, private celebrations, meetings and conferences. The locally listed Edwardian building combines period character with practical facilities, and its events team can help organisers shape a suitable layout and arrange the details of their booking.

Four main spaces are available: the Vesey Ballroom, Vesey Lounge, Crush Hall and Bedford Suite. They suit different event formats, from smaller meetings and private functions to larger receptions and conferences. The Vesey Ballroom has a stage and tiered seating, while the Ballroom and Lounge can be combined as the Vesey Suite for a larger gathering. Outdoor grounds may also be available by arrangement.

For business events, the Town Hall offers room hire and day delegate packages. These can include refreshments, buffet lunch, a screen and projector, PA equipment, Wi-Fi and support from the events team. Technical facilities include sound and lighting equipment, with technicians available to discuss event requirements. The venue is close to Sutton Coldfield railway station and local car parks, making it accessible for guests travelling from around the area.

Couples can enquire about dedicated wedding packages or hire spaces to create a celebration with their own chosen suppliers. The venue can provide tables, chairs and staffing, while catering options include Town Hall packages and the possibility of bringing in an alternative caterer. A bar and staff can also be arranged. With spaces for ceremonies, dining, dancing and meetings, the Town Hall gives organisers a range of options within one central venue.
