Espace Wapalleria

Rue de l'Église, 76150 La Vaupalière, France

In La Vaupalière, near Rouen, Espace Wapalleria offers several flexible rooms for private and business events. The spaces are suitable for meals, parties, meetings, conferences, symposiums, seminars, Christmas parties and product launches, among other events. Depending on the chosen layout, the rooms can accommodate groups of different sizes, whether for a business meeting, a dinner or a dance party.

The rooms have equipment suited to their intended use. Some business event layouts can include sound equipment, a projector, a screen, a movable stage, lighting trusses and an internet connection. A venue technician helps arrange the spaces and choose the layout, for example classroom-style, theatre-style or around tables. The venue technician must be present during the event if the technical facilities are used.

Equipped kitchens are available for preparing or reheating meals, and crockery can also be hired. Each room has its own private reception hall, while the landscaped grounds provide a leafy setting for breaks. There is a 120-space car park for clients, and the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

With access from the A150 motorway, Espace Wapalleria offers a practical option for organisers looking for a versatile venue in Normandy, where they can bring guests together in peaceful surroundings while remaining close to Rouen.
