Salle des fêtes de Cépet

154 Rue du 8 Mai 1945, 31620 Cépet, France

The function room in Cépet offers individuals and associations a municipal space to hire for gatherings and celebrations. Located on rue du 8 Mai 1945, it is primarily available to residents of the commune and local associations, subject to availability. People from outside Cépet can also make a booking for the weekend.

The room can accommodate up to 150 people seated or 200 standing. This capacity allows for a range of formats, from a meal or reception with tables to a gathering where guests can move around more freely. The venue is particularly suitable for family celebrations, birthdays, association meetings and other private or local events that require an indoor space.

Organisers have access to tables and chairs, as well as a sink, refrigerators and a freezer. However, the room does not have a kitchen. It is therefore useful to plan catering arrangements and the caterer's requirements in advance, if applicable. The town hall provides a booking form and can advise applicants on the hire conditions. Rates vary according to the type of hirer and the duration selected. When planning your event, take the stated capacity and available equipment into account, then check availability and the applicable conditions for your date with the commune.
