Bürgersaal Stadtbergen is a versatile event venue to the west of Augsburg. Event planners can enquire about hiring the hall for concerts, seminars, talks and corporate events. The cultural office prepares a bespoke offer tailored to the requirements of each event.

Bürgersaal offers 227 square metres of space. There is also a foyer of around 114 square metres, suitable for receptions, breaks or networking. The stage covers 38 square metres. According to information from the tourism region, the hall can accommodate up to 300 guests in rows or 108 people for a banquet, depending on the seating arrangement. Using the hall and foyer together provides space for larger events.

The bright architecture and acoustics suited to musical events make the venue particularly interesting for stage programmes, talks and presentations. The venue is accessible. Free underground car parking is available for guests, and it is also possible to get there by public transport.

The cultural office of the City of Stadtbergen is the point of contact for hire enquiries and can help with arrangements and bookings. When planning, please note that, according to its official website, the Am Hopfengarten restaurant is currently closed. Catering should therefore be arranged separately. Bürgersaal is ideal for organisers looking for a centrally located hall with flexible seating, a stage and an adjoining foyer.
