Furniture and Things Community Event Center

Furniture and Things Community Event Center offers a range of spaces for organisers planning meetings, celebrations, banquets and community gatherings in Elk River, Minnesota. Its bookable rooms suit smaller parties and meetings, while larger areas can accommodate bigger events and a variety of layouts.

Two party rooms can be hired separately or combined, and a flexible room provides additional space for gatherings. For larger occasions, The Yard offers a 30,000-square-foot field house that can be rented as a dry-floor event space. The centre also has two ice arenas, which are available for ice activities and, subject to availability, other uses. Additional options include the Overlook Café and lounge, plus a senior activity room that can be rented by eligible members.

The venue hosts celebrations, graduation parties, showers, award dinners, team gatherings and corporate meetings. Room features vary, with options including internet access, mounted televisions, microphone connections, sinks and tables. Organisers can discuss catering arrangements with the centre, and bar service is available for private events. Food and non-alcoholic drinks may also be brought in for certain smaller groups, subject to the venue's rules.

With several distinct spaces in one facility, the centre can suit both intimate functions and larger gatherings. Availability, room arrangements and rental conditions vary by space, date and event, so organisers should contact the rentals team to discuss their plans and confirm the details.
