Bürgersaal Heroldsberg is a municipal event venue in the Bürgerzentrum, right next to the town hall. The hall is suitable for a wide range of events, including conferences, meetings, concerts, theatre performances, exhibitions and celebrations. Wedding parties can also use the venue. Depending on the seating layout, the hall, which measures around 322 square metres, can accommodate up to 248 people in rows, around 160 guests at tables arranged lengthways, or approximately 100 people in a seminar layout.
A permanently installed stage with a curtain is available for stage programmes. The technical equipment includes adjustable lighting, a lighting control desk, a multi-channel sound system, microphones and permanently installed loudspeakers. A screen, an HDMI projector and a DVD player are available for presentations. A touch panel brings together the controls for projection, lighting, sound, sun protection and ventilation. Room dividers make it possible to divide the hall when needed.
The venue also includes a spacious foyer, a dressing room for performers and a kitchen with a cooker, oven, refrigeration facilities, crockery and glasses. The municipality manages the hire and provides a booking form, as well as information about fees and terms of use. Access is suitable for people with disabilities, and an accessible toilet is available. Event planners can therefore enquire about hiring a technically equipped hall for public, business and private occasions in Heroldsberg, and choose a seating layout to suit each event format.
