The 37

The 37 is an event venue in downtown Waynesville, North Carolina, housed in a historic building dating from 1927. Its spaces are available for weddings, receptions, elopements, micro-weddings and other special occasions, as well as corporate gatherings, holiday parties, retreats and conferences.

The venue's main event space is the third-floor Grand Ballroom, which offers mountain views and private rooms on the mezzanine level. It can be arranged for seated celebrations and larger business events. For smaller meetings, the Balsam Room provides a private boardroom setting for up to eight people. Projectors, screens and Wi-Fi are available for meeting organisers. The building also has additional conference rooms and office spaces, giving organisers options for different kinds of professional use.

For weddings, The 37 welcomes both full-scale celebrations and more intimate ceremonies and receptions. Couples can bring many of their own suppliers, while the venue requires day-of coordination and uses its designated provider for bartending. Catering is arranged through an approved vendor list. Organisers can ask the venue for detailed pricing and discuss the most suitable space for their plans.

The location places guests close to downtown restaurants, breweries and shops, with mountain scenery and outdoor trails within reach. On-site parking is available, with additional street parking nearby. The 37 is open for visits by appointment, so event planners can contact the venue to enquire about availability, facilities and event arrangements.
