Maison Commune de Loisirs Le Lys
- 276 Chemin des Prés Naiteaux, 49310 Montilliers, France
The site has two spaces that can be hired separately or combined. Salle Bienvenue, around 225 m², has a hall and a bar equipped with cold rooms. It is suitable for meals, birthday parties, meetings and smaller receptions. Salle Mélodie, around 331 m², completes the venue with a 78 m² stage, a large screen, a video projector, a mixing desk and Wi-Fi. Together, the spaces offer around 550 m² and can accommodate larger events.
A fully equipped professional kitchen is available to make it easier for caterers or associations to prepare food on site. Tableware can also be reserved, for up to 150 covers. The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has nearby parking, including space for coaches. Dressing rooms are also available for shows and performances.
The Montilliers town council handles booking enquiries. Organisers can therefore consider which layout suits their project, whether it is a wedding reception, a drinks reception, a dance evening, a business meeting or an event organised by an association.
