Zolder de Heerlijkheid is a rural venue in Hoogland for weddings, parties, meetings and other gatherings. The main room is in a former hayloft on a biodynamic farm. The preserved wooden roof trusses give the room a rustic character. It can accommodate groups of up to around 80 people. Smaller groups can use De Winkel!, a separate room downstairs that can also serve as additional space alongside the loft.

The venue welcomes business groups for meetings, workshops and gatherings. Presentation equipment includes Wi-Fi, a flip chart, a projection screen and a projector. Lunch, refreshments or a guided tour of the farm can be added to the programme. The surrounding area and farmyard also provide space to step outside during a break.

The venue is also available to hire for birthdays, anniversaries, family parties and corporate parties. In fine weather, guests can make use of the farmyard and terrace. For weddings, the farm offers several options for the ceremony, for example in the barn, in the garden or in the meadow. Afterwards, couples can hold a reception or barbecue there and finish the day in the loft.

The venue offers packages that include lunches, drinks and snacks, and barbecues. Organisers may also bring in their own caterer. Facilities are available for families with children, including an enclosed farmyard and play equipment. The arrangements are tailored to the type of gathering and the organiser's wishes. Visits are by appointment.
