Posthalle Würzburg is a large event hall near the main railway station, offering event planners space for a range of formats. The former postal sorting centre is used as a cultural and event venue and is suitable for concerts and cabaret as well as parties, business events, balls, markets and trade fairs.

The hall space can be divided flexibly for events. Curtains, illuminated room dividers and a Pipe-and-Drape system make it possible to adapt the size and layout to each format. According to published information, up to 1,900 square metres of space are available. Capacity ranges from smaller events with around 250 guests to large public events with several thousand people, depending on the seating and layout.

Practical arrangements on site are also taken into account: the hall has several drinks stations and cloakroom areas. For organisers planning their own production, Posthalle offers versatile facilities in a central location. The operator's website also mentions experience in event management and event technology. Whether for a corporate party, trade fair, concert or public event, the hall can be booked as a venue for a range of requirements. The current operator, Posthalle Würzburg eG, continues to run the venue, making it an option for organisers looking for a larger, adaptable venue in Würzburg.
