Peg Bond Center

Peg Bond Center is a bookable event venue beside the Fox River in Batavia, Illinois. Its indoor multipurpose room is suited to smaller gatherings, including birthday parties, showers, family celebrations and company get-togethers. Large windows bring in natural light and look out towards the river, the Batavia Riverwalk and the Depot Museum, while a decorative fireplace adds a homely touch.

The indoor room can accommodate up to 45 guests and is supplied with tables and chairs. Organisers also have use of a kitchenette with a refrigerator, counter space and sink, as well as two private accessible bathrooms. Heating and air conditioning make the room usable throughout the year, and Wi-Fi is available.

A rental includes access to the outdoor stage and the grassy area in front of it, offering extra space for gatherings or activities. There is also an outdoor patio beside the river, with a pavilion providing a scenic setting in warmer weather. The combination of indoor and outdoor areas gives event planners options for hosting a compact celebration, a relaxed company gathering or a social occasion that makes use of the riverside surroundings.

The venue is rented by the hour, with set-up and pack-down time included in the booking. It is operated by Batavia Park District, which handles rental enquiries and reservations. Peg Bond Center offers organisers a distinct local setting with practical facilities and outdoor space, while keeping the gathering itself on a personal, smaller scale.
