Birchwood Manor

Birchwood Manor is a Georgian mansion and event venue in Whippany, New Jersey, set within more than twenty acres of landscaped grounds. It provides spaces for weddings, corporate functions and a wide range of private celebrations, including anniversaries, birthdays, showers, graduations and banquets.

The venue has several ballrooms and smaller rooms, with options for both intimate gatherings and large receptions. Its largest ballroom can accommodate dinner and dancing for up to 1,000 guests, while other rooms can be arranged for smaller parties, meetings and networking events. Outdoor settings include gardens, terraces, a pergola, an arbor and a gazebo, giving organisers a choice of backdrops for ceremonies, photographs and drinks receptions. Some rooms can also be divided to suit different event layouts.

Event organisers can work with the venue's banquet team on menus, room arrangements and practical details. Food is prepared by an in-house culinary team, with continental-style menu choices, reception selections, plated dinners and buffet options. An on-site bakery makes breads, desserts and custom wedding cakes. Bar service, banquet staff and bartenders are also available as part of the venue's event offering.

The venue provides furnishings and table settings, house linens, custom floor plan design and support with seating arrangements. Its team can coordinate service on the event day and recommend local suppliers, including florists, musicians, entertainers, decorators and photographers. On-site parking, accessible facilities and dedicated spaces for wedding preparations add practical support for hosts and guests.
