Hayloft on the Arch

Hayloft on the Arch is a countryside venue in Vernon Center, New York, offering a restored barn and landscaped grounds for weddings and other private celebrations. Couples can hold their ceremony, drinks reception and evening party across the same property, choosing from indoor and outdoor settings to suit their plans and the season.

The barn provides a spacious reception area, while the grounds include a small chapel, a large patio, rolling lawns and a streamside setting. The outdoor Grain Bin Bar and fire pit add distinctive gathering spots, and the property offers plenty of scenic locations for photographs. The venue also has a bridal suite for getting ready, accessible facilities and on-site parking.

Organisers can hire tables and chairs and make use of a catering preparation room. Hayloft on the Arch welcomes outside vendors and can share a preferred supplier list with clients. Bar options are arranged with the venue, and packages can include ceremony arrangements and support from the on-site team.

Coordination is a notable part of the offering. The team helps clients work through the event timeline and floor plan, meet with key vendors before the date, prepare the venue's decor and guide proceedings on the day. Staff remain on site during the event to help keep the schedule on track and assist with practical details.

Although weddings are a central focus, the venue also considers reunions, graduations, anniversaries and other celebrations. Availability and package details vary by event, guest numbers and date, so organisers can contact the team to discuss their requirements or arrange a property visit.
