The Poplars at Bearwallow Mountain

The Poplars at Bearwallow Mountain is a private event venue on a 75-acre mountain property near Asheville, North Carolina. Its woodland setting, mature trees and Blue Ridge views provide a scenic backdrop for weddings and other private gatherings, including family reunions, birthday celebrations and holiday parties.

The grounds offer a naturally shaded outdoor area for wedding ceremonies, while the covered Pavilion provides a sheltered space for receptions and celebrations. At 1,600 square feet, the Pavilion has retractable enclosures, lighting, speakers, Wi-Fi, electrical outlets and two bathrooms. Several homes on the estate provide overnight accommodation for guests and wedding parties. Bearwallow Cottage sleeps up to 12, and Bearwallow Retreat accommodates up to 16. The retreat can also be used as a bridal suite, while the cottage offers a separate place for members of the wedding party to get ready.
