Colonia Nova offers a versatile event venue in a former factory in Berlin-Neukölln. At its heart is a light-filled loft of around 380 square metres, which can be divided into different areas using mobile partitions and curtains. This allows event organisers to arrange the space to suit their concept, for example for conferences, meetings, workshops, product presentations, networking events or company celebrations. Film and photo shoots, as well as fashion shows, can also make use of its adaptable setting.

A terrace of around 500 square metres on the roof complements the indoor facilities. It can be used as a standalone event space or, for conferences and other formats, as a place for breaks and conversation. From here, guests can enjoy views across Berlin. Additional meeting rooms are available for smaller meetings, workshops or organisational activities.

The loft has a bar, a sound system, flexible lighting and blackout facilities. High-speed internet, technical equipment and accessible entrances support a range of event formats. Depending on the seating arrangement and use, the indoor area can accommodate around 200 people. Colonia Nova can put together tailored solutions for equipment and event logistics in collaboration with a network of event partners. The venue is therefore suitable for individual rooms and compact workshops, as well as larger events that combine the indoor area and rooftop terrace. Event organisers interested in the venue can view the spaces in advance and discuss their requirements, preferred layout, and technical and catering needs directly with the team.
